What we offer:
- Two types of programs – Owner Managed or Bayside Managed
- Owner Managed - Placement fee (Equal to one month’s rent) no further cost to you
- Bayside Managed – Placement fee and monthly management fee
When we list your property for rent:
- We list it on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service) Bayside Rentals Website, Zillow, Trulia, Craigslist, Hot pads, and print advertising in local newspaper(s)
- Answer all inquiries via email or phone contact
- Schedule showings with a Bayside Rentals Agent
- Process all applications for the rental, credit and criminal background checks, income verification, landlord references
- We give you all the information to find the best tenant for your rental property
When we find a quality tenant for your property we:
- Execute all lease paperwork
- Conduct move-in and move out inspections of rental property
- We collect the rent from the tenants (Bayside Managed) and distribute funds to owner
- Tax Filing (1099)
- 1st point of contact for tenant problems or concerns
- 24/7 emergency number
- Bayside property support or preferred vendor list for maintenance issues
